What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), 32GB RAM, an NVIDIA GPU and a 1TB or larger drive. 16GB+ VRAM is recommended. 8GB VRAM can be used with quantized models and low-VRAM settings, with slower generation; support for a particular model or workflow is not guaranteed. Required free disk space depends on the models installed. Confirm compatibility during the trial before buying.
How does the free trial work?
After downloading and setting up the software, you can try it free for 1 day. No payment is required and the trial does not charge you automatically. After the trial, a paid license is needed to continue. Contact qsg16111@gmail.com for the trial installer and setup instructions while the public download is being prepared.
What happens after I subscribe or cancel?
Once paid checkout is available, the purchase instructions will explain license delivery and activation. For Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, use its customer portal or receipt link to cancel, or contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Why is QSG AI not available in my region?
The MiniMax H3 community license excludes the United States, EU, UK and South Korea. The current local-model edition is not offered for purchase or download in those regions. Product information and policies remain available to read. See the Third-party models page.
Do I own the videos I create?
We do not claim ownership of your input or output. Your rights depend on the source materials, applicable law and the licenses of the models and services you use. AI output may not qualify for copyright everywhere. Check those conditions before commercial use.
What does the subscription cover?
The price covers the QSG AI desktop software license for one computer. It is not a cloud GPU or unlimited API-credit plan. You provide the local hardware, and any optional third-party paid services are subject to their own pricing and terms.
