Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Current sales status and free trial
Online purchasing is not open yet. No payment is taken through this website at present. The subscription terms below describe the offer when paid checkout opens. After downloading and setting up QSG AI, new users can evaluate the software for 1 day without payment. The trial does not require a paid subscription and does not automatically charge or renew. A paid license is needed to continue after the trial. Use the trial to check hardware compatibility and whether the workflow meets your needs. The public download is being prepared. Contact qsg16111@gmail.com to request the trial installer and installation instructions.
2. General policy after delivery
Because the product is a digitally delivered software license, purchases and renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the license has been issued, including unused time or partial billing periods. This general policy is subject to the exceptions below; it is not an absolute waiver of consumer rights.
3. Exceptions and refund review
Contact qsg16111@gmail.com if you were charged twice or incorrectly, did not receive the license, cannot activate a valid purchase, or the supplied product materially fails to match its description. Include the order number and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide a remedy, including a refund where appropriate or legally required. Do not send your full card number or password.
4. Mandatory rights and Lemon Squeezy
Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights or applicable cancellation rights. For purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy, its applicable terms and refund decisions also apply. Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days at its discretion to help prevent chargebacks. This is not a promise of a 60-day money-back guarantee from us. If these requirements conflict with the general policy above, the mandatory requirements take precedence.
5. Cancel a subscription
For a Lemon Squeezy subscription, use the customer portal or management link in the receipt email, or contact qsg16111@gmail.com before the next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and software access normally continues through the already-paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. A free software trial does not renew into a paid plan.
6. Unavailable regions and processing
If an order is accepted for a region where the current local-model edition cannot be supplied, contact support. The affected order will be cancelled, its license revoked and the payment refunded. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider; posting time depends on that provider and your bank.

1. 销售状态与免费试用

2. 数字许可交付后的一般规则
本产品为通过电子方式交付的软件许可。一般情况下，许可发出后的购买及续费不予退款，包括未使用时间或部分计费周期。但适用下述例外，不构成对消费者法定权利的绝对放弃。
3. 例外及处理方式
如重复扣费、错误扣费、未收到许可、有效订单无法激活，或交付的产品与描述存在重大不符，请联系 qsg16111@gmail.com 并提供订单号和问题说明。我们会核实并提供适当解决办法，包括在适当或法律要求时退款。请勿发送完整银行卡号或密码。
4. 法定权利与 Lemon Squeezy
本政策不排除消费者的法定权利及适用的取消权。通过 Lemon Squeezy 完成的购买，还适用其相关条款及退款决定。Lemon Squeezy 保留在购买后 60 天内酌情退款以防止拒付的权利；这不表示我们提供 60 天无条件退款保证。如上述要求与一般退款规则冲突，以必须适用的要求为准。
5. 取消订阅
Lemon Squeezy 订阅可通过客户门户或收据邮件中的管理链接取消，也可以在下次续费前联系 qsg16111@gmail.com。取消后停止未来续费，通常可继续使用至已付费周期结束；取消本身不自动退还当前周期费用。免费软件试用不会自动续订为付费套餐。
6. 不可用地区及退款到账
如订单来自当前本地模型版本无法提供服务的地区，请联系客服；相关订单会被取消，许可会撤销，已付金额会退还。批准的退款由支付服务商原路退回，实际到账时间取决于支付服务商及银行。
